Disco Duathlon

Here are some pics from the Duathlon Jay did 2 weeks ago. Formerly known as the Disco Triathlon, the swim was cancelled and replaced by a 2 mile run, hence a duathlon. That extra running was a killer, especially when the 10k portion was in the sweltering heat of North Texas! Jay did awesome and really enjoyed the event with all of his Team In Training buddies who have been training together since January. I forgot the camera (!), so our friends Adam & Sara let us borrow theirs for a few shots. It was also fun to have some spectator company that day too, since Adam & Sara live close to Denton in Dallas. Here's a few highlights.....
